Account Deletion Policy

Last updated: 1 August 2026

This policy describes how you can delete your Atronous Tech Private Limited account, what happens to your data, and how long the process takes.

1. How to request deletion

Workspace administrators can delete an account from Settings → Account → Delete workspace. Individual users can request removal of their user record from their profile settings. You can also email us from the registered address with the workspace name; we verify identity before acting on any request.

2. What is deleted

  • Profile and authentication records, including credentials and sessions.
  • Uploaded documents, extracted data, embeddings and vector indexes.
  • Workflow definitions, run history and generated outputs.
  • Integration credentials and API keys, which are revoked immediately.

3. What may be retained

We may retain limited records where required by law or for legitimate business purposes: invoices and tax records, anti-fraud and security logs, records of legal claims, and aggregated non-identifying usage statistics. Retained records are access-restricted and are not used to reconstruct your workspace.

4. Timelines

  • Access is revoked immediately on confirmation.
  • Production data is deleted within 30 days.
  • Encrypted backups age out within a further 60 days.
  • Statutory records are retained for the period required by applicable law.

5. Before you delete

Deletion is irreversible. Export any documents, reports or workflow definitions you need, and settle outstanding invoices. Deleting an account does not by itself terminate a separately signed enterprise agreement.

6. Questions

If you are unsure whether deletion or a data export is right for your situation, contact us before submitting a request.
